The 3 sessions include a 3 hr. classroom presentation on Friday night to familiarizes students with bicycle-specific laws, and traffic dynamics. Students discover that bicycle drivers are equal road users, with the right and ability to control their space.
The 2nd session meets on Saturday morning for a 3 hr. "Train Your Bike" hands-on meeting in a parking lot designed to increase bike handling skills.
the 3rd session is a 3.5 hr. Saturday afternoon tour around Minneapolis using some of the skills in real life situations. This class requires completion of the two earlier classes.
