The ALS Bike Trek MN was created by the ALS Therapy Development Institute to raise awareness about ALS and to increase research funding to find an effective treatment.
ALS,
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, is also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease.
The bike Trek has 14, 34, and 52 mile scenic options on roads and trails in rural Washington County near Stillwater.
The start and finish locations are at Big Marine Park Reserve in Marine on St. Croix.

Refreshments will be provided along the route, with a BBQ lunch hosted by Chilicoot Cafe and Cyclery following the ride.
